Discover the 5 elements of
Traditional Chinese Medicine
The ancient Chinese organized the world by classifying natural phenomena into yin and yang, which are complementary rather than opposing forces. They are inseparable qualities within the same process:

Nothing is absolutely YIN or absolutely YANG, when in alliance its maximum expression transforms into the other. When we observe a plant, for example, we notice its seed (yin) in stillness and then developing (yang) until it finishes its cycle when it dies (yin). One transforms into the other!
In this arrangement of the world in YIN/YANG and ORGANS/VISCERA, they noticed that each of the sectors is more sensitive to a type of climate, flavor, time of day, etc., favoring certain attitudes, which obviously influences our life and our health.
With this and a little more, this arrangement of the world ended up generating the five elements, a five-pointed star that is represented by the elements: WOOD, FIRE, EARTH, METAL and WATER.
Furthermore, there is a strong connection between these elements, one generates the other or one dominates the other. An energy imbalance can occur for several reasons such as poor diet, stress, emotions, heredity, etc., which can develop into a possible disease.

To better understand:
"When wood burns it produces fire that generates ashes forming the earth, within the earth the metal is condensed which releases the water that makes the wood sprout", this is the generation cycle.
But when there is an imbalance: "Water extinguishes the fire that melts metal or cuts wood, which exhausts the earth that absorbs all the water."
Traditional Chinese Medicine offers a variety of techniques to promote health and harmony. There can be neither excess nor deficiency of energy. Excess congests the flow of Qi (Vital Energy) and deficiency depletes vitality.
When vital energy is flowing harmoniously life shines... vital energy is everywhere.

In each of the elements, we can monitor each organ that, when deficient or in excess, signals an energetic imbalance through the symptoms of the disease. For example, if you have ringing in your ears among other symptoms, we will analyze the energy level of your kidneys. Another example, if you have allergies such as rhinitis, we will collect data regarding your metal element, which includes the lungs and large intestine. Or if you have constant diarrhea, what is the state of your spleen and pancreas?
What does my spleen have to do with my intestines? As I said, the elements are interconnected, it is a complex medicine!
Traditional Chinese Medicine harmonizes these elements, balancing the relationship between them through needles , diet, moxibustion , cupping therapy , Qi Kong exercise and medicinal herbs.
